GET THE BUTT IN SHAPE

If you're like me and refuses to step foot into a gym, heres a couple easy exercises you can do in your bedroom just a few times a week. Girls and guys both love a good butt, lets be honest. A good booty is essential in every situation and at every age. An in-shape booty is a good booty.






Exercise 1: Lunges
4x15 reps (each leg)

-Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on your hips (or holding dumbbells for the more advanced). 


 -Lunge forward with one leg, bending it until the thigh is parallel to the floor. The heel of the lead leg should stay on the ground. Do not shift your weight too far forward and let the knee move out past the toes. You should have two 90 degree angles with your legs.
-Repeat the exercise using the other leg. Keep your back and head as straight as possible. Do this exercise as fast as you can while always maintaining correct form.




Exercise 2: Squats with Pulse
4x15 reps


-Stand with your feet placed slightly wider than shoulder width apart with toes pointed slightly outward. Squat down, like you are about to sit in a chair, until your thighs are parallel with the floor.
-Keep your weight on your heels, and maintain a straight spine, with head looking forward. From here, come half-way up, pause while squeezing your glutes, then sit back down with thighs parallel to the floor.
-Return to your starting position. Move quickly with good form, sitting back in heels and squeezing glutes the whole time. You may also hold a dumbbell in each hand if you would like to increase the difficulty.
